A technical visit was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering on 6th of December 2022. A team of 24 students from 3rd and 4th year Civil Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Manohar B., Prof. Chidanand Naik, Prof. Vidyadhar N. and Prof. Zuhair Hussain visited Anjuman BBA college building to observe the ongoing 2nd floor construction work.
The main objective was to provide the field exposure. Students have observed the reinforcements, form work and shuttering arrangements for column, inverted beam, sunken slab etc. along with the ongoing concreting of 2nd Floor columns. A detailed explanation was provided by Prof. Manohar B.
The visit was successful and students have acquired useful technical information about the various field activities.
